Yin is a slow, meditative practice that utilizes longer holds to relax and restore the joints and muscles. Postures are primarily performed on the floor and held for 2-5 minutes, inviting inquiry into the body, mind, and breath.
Recommended Props: 1 small face/hand towel, 1 strap or substitution, 2-3 blocks, or 2-3 yoga blankets or big towels. Note: The entire practice can be done without the use of props.
YIN is offered virtually through Zoom. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email and an invitation, including links and passcodes.
